- Refunds are not typically issued for digital products. Once a digital product is downloaded, it cannot be returned.
- However, in some cases, refunds may be issued for digital products if:
- The product is defective or does not work as advertised.
- The product is not compatible with the customer’s device.
- The customer was misled about the product’s features or capabilities.
- To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will review your request and will issue a refund if we determine that the product is eligible.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used to purchase the product.
- Please note that we cannot issue refunds for digital products that have been used or downloaded.
